Our speaker will be Charles, "Chuck", Payne. A former Lakeside resident, he is a retired attorney and has 11 published books. His latest 5-star acclaimed book, "Chris, The True Story" is an inspiring true story about his mother's struggles over adversity by working as an auto mechanic in mid-twentieth century Richmond. He speaks about the history leading up to and after WWII and answers the question, "What made America's Greatest Generation"
