Henrico County, Virginia is one of America's oldest counties, having been established in 1611. Present-day Henrico County borders Richmond, Virginia's state capital. Henrico County is comprised of five districts: Brookland, Fairfield, Three Chopt, Tuckahoe, and Varina.

  • A VCU graduate student in the Master of Urban and Regional Planning Program is working on a heritage tourism plan for Henrico County. Planning will be ongoing through April 2016. Primary goal is to provide an implementable plan to promote the county's historic sites and attract more visitors to them. To develop an appropriate plan, public input is essential. This survey will gauge your current level of satisfaction with the historic sites and identify any improvements that could be made. Please complete the survey by Friday, February 5.
